Hands in prayer, I bow respectfully to each cell in my body.

Once we become aware, we can choose to honour the life within, by doing so, we recognise that it is the same for all of us. Humans, animals, plants, we all exist on a cellular level.

If we choose to honour life on this cellular scale, starting with our own body, we (in)directly honour all life forms, train our minds, increase our awareness, and develop our consciousness. We recognise and honour the life forms in others.

As we share the environment, simultaneously, we allow life to happen within us.
